Salisbury, NC based ADVERTISING & MARKETING firm seeks highly motivated individual to fill position as TRAFFIC MANAGER. This person will be responsible for the internal scheduling of work throughout the agency. The TRAFFIC MANAGER opens all jobs entering the agency and assigns a step-by-step schedule of completion to each of those jobs as it is entered. Under the direction of the President, the traffic manager coordinates movement of all jobs through all agency departments (account service, media, creative, production). Agency experience a plus.
The following skill sets are required:
• Post Secondary Education (and/or Certifications)
• Very proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Must be well organized, be highly detailed orientated and be able to make judgment calls when necessary.
• Key stroke skills of 25-30 words a minute
• Great communicator & work well with others
